PAYMENT POLICIES:

Deposits and Final Payments
Will be made to our U.S. bank account, or by credit card.  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.  The 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival .  For reservations made within 90 days of arrival, 100% payment is due at the time of your booking.  Bookings without payments made as required are subject to cancellation.

Security Deposit:  A refundable security deposit of $300 US$ cash or travelers checks is due at time of check-in in exchange for the keys.  Cash deposits or traveler's checks will be returned upon check-out if all is well with the house and property.  Damage charges are not limited to $300 and renters remain liable for anything exceeding that amount.

Cancellations and No-Shows:  Cancellations made 91 days or more in advance of arrival are subject to a 20% administrative charge based on the full contracted rental price. For cancellations occurring within 90 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. 
.No-Shows: No refunds given. 

Occupancy:  The Main Villa comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults, One King bed in the Master Suite, one King bed in a Junior Suite and one additional guest on futon style bedding which can be set up in the Great Room.  There are 2.5 bathrooms in the Main Villa.

The Guest Cottage offers an additional Queen bed suite with a full bath, and private furnished deck with ocean views. 

Children are welcome in our home.  However, please be aware that this is an open house and there are no security features around the pool or in other areas such as cabinets, etc.  Guests assume full liability for any accidents, injuries or damage. Please, no pets.

Smoking:  Please respect that this is a Non-Smoking environment anywhere under the roof, including the open living and dining rooms. 

Insurance/Liability:  The Edge is not responsible for the loss or damage of property, personal belongings or any injuries or accidents that might occur.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect against travel delays and interruptions, medical emergencies and other unforeseen events, including world events and natural disasters.
